The Agricultural Development Bank of China has initially arranged 110 billion yuan for the purchase of summer grain.

It is reported that some qualified areas have launched the implementation plan of the minimum purchase price, firmly holding the bottom line of farmers' "growing grain and selling. At the same time, we should explore the promotion of grain booking purchase, so that grain farmers can run less errands, queue less and sell grain quickly; we should strengthen monitoring and early warning and expected guidance, and report the purchase progress, market supply and demand, grain prices and other information through various ways, so as to provide reference for farmers to sell grain and enterprises to collect grain.

Keep the "granary of the world"

In recent years, as the relevant state departments have increased investment and vigorously promoted the construction of storage facilities, a grain collection and storage security system compatible with grain production, storage and circulation has been basically formed. In view of how to improve the level of safe grain storage, Zhou Guanhua, director of the Department of safe storage and science and technology of the State Grain and material reserve Bureau, explained in detail from two aspects. The first is to continuously improve security capabilities. In terms of the total amount, the scale of China's grain storage facilities is increasing year by year, effectively meeting the needs of grain storage. By the end of 2023, the national grain standard warehouse had a good storage capacity of over 0.7 billion tons, up 36% from 2014. In order to promote the post-production loss of grain, the state has allocated 10 million sets of scientific grain storage equipment to farmers across the country, and has built more than 5500 grain post-production service centers across the country.

Continuously strengthen supervision and law enforcement

Grain purchase involves many subjects and large capital flow, which has always been the focus of grain law enforcement and supervision. In January this year, the State Grain and material Reserve Bureau issued the "Iron Fist Action" implementation Plan for Grain Circulation Supervision, officially launching the "Iron Fist Action" to severely crack down on grain-related violations.

Zhong Haitao, director of the Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau of the State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, revealed that in the first four months of this year, the 12325 Grain and Material Reserve Supervision Hotline accepted a total of 432 clues and cashed in 17.891 million yuan in arrears of grain sales. At the same time, the use of information technology and other means to strengthen the remote dynamic supervision during grain acquisition, improve the ability of penetrating supervision.
